Oh for sure! I edit using kdenlive on one of my Thinkpads. I assume it could run other editing software too. I haven't had any issues with editing. Here are the specs on mine

I just want to say thank-you so much for your time and sending me this information. I’m not much of a tech person however I’ll try and learn and see what I can suss out.

Oh my bad! In that case I probably dumped a little too much information. To make more sense of it, let me post the specs that really matter. I think something similar in specs to the following would be good for video editing and graphics editing.
CPU: Intel Core i7-10610U (8 cores @ 4.9 GHz) GPU: Intel UHD Graphics @ 1.15 GHz Memory: 24GB Disk: 500GB
