Rumble teased this back in May (#976090). Yesterday they put out a press release announcing the launch of a wallet associated with the app.
Today, Paolo Ardoino posted this:
Particularly interesting is that he says that the wallet will soon support lightning. As always though, one wonders: where does the lightning support come from?
My guess is that Rumble Wallet is using Tether's Wallet Dev Kit (#1006249, #1257967), and I suspect the "lightning support" comes from using Spark and Ark in WDK. Their docs list this as one of the features:
Lightning Network Integration: Create and pay Lightning Network invoices directly
Never the less, the wallet looks interesting. Not sure if I'm gonna download it though. Tether sponsored closed source social media app wallet is a little much for even my old testing phone...
You can earn third party gold tokens!
A part of me is excited but another part of me thinks do creators on rumble want this? Will this in anyway challenge YouTube??

Need to be on LN right. You can't send 21 sats onchain. I guess if its custodial it's just on a database and won't hit the chain until a threshold is met.
