Every Saturday I'd like to try and round up the photographers of SN to share our work from the past week, or all time favorites. Connect with the community and have fun.
These are a few of mine from a while back while visiting my dad. Need to get back out that way as there are a lot of abandoned stuff waiting to be captured.
Let's see what you've got :)

I really haven't shot much recently – been busy on a zine and setting the stage for future projects – but this caught my eye. This was shot on iPhone but I'll reshoot it at some point with the X-S20. I like how the frame almost looks like it was hand-drawn. -Tom

I'm no photographer, but I try to take regular pictures of the construction of Austin's new conference center.
The sky was such a few days later that you could see all the cell towers on the horizon.

Thanks for sharing K. How do you like living in Austin?

It's nice! I always say, "it's growing." Growth is very physical and tangible here too.
It also feels like we're entering the post-covid-great-migration phase, where most of the trendiness of being in Austin is tired and interlopers have been purged, which will probably be an awesome time to be in Austin.

I took this one of my students when they were trying to remember the various parts of a flower and how they aid in pollination. I like taking back pictures of people as that places the focus on the vibes evoked

Older picture but looking at it brought back memories of that day with my kids.
