Thanks Lux for sharing this video, it really well summarize in 8 principles a years' long process that bring us all to operate in private as sovereign individuals. Posting here to bring the conversation out of the ~Politics_And_Law umbrella, taking the opportunity as a reminder that community is the most valuable aspect of our life. There would be no business if there was no community around us, no exchange of value, knowledge ad no consequent growth and evolution. Take this as principle #0.
Let's see what Curtis Stone from freedomfarmers.com has to suggest us.
  1. Don't take any money from the government, don't work no research, no grants, d not sig any contract and if you do, read every single words in "their" contract, because who pays the pipes calls the tune.
  2. Do not work with or for large corporations, because they are kings and queens of government compliances, as they lobby the govt to set certain policies that dictate the policies for small businesses.
  3. Do not register your animals, do not declare anything to anyone
  4. Do not register your infrastructure. Registering things and getting licenses is NOT a mandatory manner. Look register, because i the moment you are forfeit your ownership and right to something.
  5. Work in the private ad develop personal relations with your clients. Contracts are superiors to law. You define your terms and the other part agree. Study contract law and make sure you avoid tacit agreements with entities or corporations. Look into Private Membership Associations (PMA).
  6. Do as many transactions as possible with cash, bitcoin, bare metals, and anything that avoid KYC (Know Your Customer). If you use bitcoin, make sure you don't use it from KYC or AML exchanges.
  7. Find alternative ways to fund your project. Avoid loans with banks, grants, and anything that put you on being in debt with. Look for CSA, Community Supported Agriculture.
  8. Do not be intimidated with people that pretend to have authority over you or your property. If anything that requires your signature, avoid it. When you sign, you are complying with your signature. That signature has a value, keep it for yourself.
Government is an illusion, made for irresponsible and immoral people. Do not fear and make sure you are well-informed on what you are doing. Do not give up, the road to sovereignty is long and full of traps.
Do not be a victim, refuse to be abuse and bullied. We all know what are the dynamics, react, respond. Don't sit back and let things happen to you or your property.

PMAs are really underrated and people should not ignore them. Are a very powerful weapon against gov thugs.
