Abstract

This paper presents a rigorous mathematical framework for reversing systemic debt (cash (financial, cognitive, geometric, structural)) via topological operations.

By treating liabilities as holes in a manifold and applying a modification calculus—curve evolution, hole surgery, and debit redistribution—we demonstrate a provable path from constraint-dominated states (HDVC) to optimization states (VCHD).
