I think sub 1.2 starts to become compelling at least for a trade. I could see it testing 1.

In additional to mNav metric.
I think total yearly dividend payments (expense) is a number I want to find a metric for.
Is Strategy spending 500 million, 1 billion, 5 billion, etc... each year in dividends?
