Sure it fits the screen, but in the most laughable way ever: pdf readers just shrink the whole document page until it fits.
If everyone is reading electronically, why are we even bothering with a static page size?

The built-in PDF reader in my browser (Brave) has two options: fit whole document, or fit width to screen:
but in neither case does it change the number of words per line. This is my problem.

yeh, it makes sense that everything should be web-native. markdown has my support as the default document format. but it's probably not powerful enough for the corporate-types who like to have fancy looking reports
I will convert it all to web native formats.
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. It’s supposed to be the USB for documents.
Why is anyone in the world at all ever in any way publishing something as a pdf?
