In Microsoft's view, humans are not the only ones to manage in a workplace. Artificial intelligence needs a manager, too.
The software maker on Tuesday announced Microsoft ‌Agent 365, a program for its customers to track what it expects to be 1.3 billion ‌agents automating office work by 2028. Agents are AI-powered programs that perform tasks on humans' behalf.
I find this funny because CoPilot has literally been the least useful LLM implementation for me. For example, Claude has shown me a higher success rate vibing an Excel sheet than CoPilot editing an existing one.

Don't all AIs do better vibing from scratch than editing existing work, though?

Used to be like that but not anymore, now that these last generation models and tooling has been trained / finetuned on loading projects into context properly.
I think the dysfunction with CoPilot comes from MS trying to integrate too tightly.
