And yet, we're supposed to believe Americans are so fat and sick because they just aren't eating enough meat.
Is this right? In the US, the average meat consumption is 123 kilos a year? That's about 270 pounds. So about 3/4 of a pound a day.
That seems way high, based on what I see people eating. Mostly they're eating carbs and sugar.
