Click on the wallet you want to delete, skip to settings, there's a delete button.

Title sums it up. I've got like... four different things connected to my account right now because I was going through some changes with how I handle my backend, so now I have 1 NWC and three Alby connections on my account. I've got them prioritized correctly, but is there any way for me to just yeet the invalid connections? They're not connected to any functional backend.
