Where would the confiscated UTXO'S end up? Revert back to their previous TX or just become unspendable?
Confiscated = unspendable
RDTSF probably would say that they just become "temporarily" unspendable or "frozen" because the soft fork is only temporary, but I find this completely unacceptable.
You don't jerk around with someone's money. If you place any limits on their use of it that they were not previously in agreement with, you aren't serious about this endeavor we call Bitcoin.
