Haha @joshmo_dev's reply to this unhinged paranoia rant is most apt.

The Rustic compiler is also a community maintained open-source project, with 148 contributors. The risk of a back-door slipping in with nobody knowing is as low as it is for any project. The motivation to move to Rust is because it has many benefits over other languages, especially for performance and security.
community maintained open-source project
I find it hilarious how some people will blindly trust anything if you use the magic words open, community and maintained together somewhere 😄
I love open-source and I've been somewhat part of it for 20+ years but, trust me 😁, you should not blindly trust anything

Yep, the worst part is that this poor uneducated retard tries to be smug while just falling into the trap of Lunduke's sensationalism, about a very old, very rational, very plausible, very dangerous, and very well known attack that was presented [and executed by a single person], a Turing Award winner.
These are the same people that then yap "don't trust verify", but don't have the shittiest idea of [what] to verify.

No to all; I just looked at their Github. Knowing them is irrelevant. Think of how many millions of people have been involved in the tech stack transmitting your every keystroke from your fingers through the Internet to this retarded thread.
