stacking my SATs properly and nicely day by day (not spending yet). I am aiming for 1BTC in the future. maybe I should diversify and get some interest on what I have up until now. is this idea legit or always just a scam?

That's sound like a great amount to stack. This does not mean that you don't have to spend your sats. Don't fell into scams, has never been easy money in fiat nor there's easy sats in bitcoin. At the moment you put your stack there, it is not yours anymore. Plus, you're going to tint your sats with kyc... why? What make you think it's worth?
Have you ever heard of the spend&replace strategy?

I want for my own peace of mind to have 1BTC stacked.
I did heard something about spend&replace but I never looked too much into it.
