End-to-end encryption is not a "buzzword". It means the communication between you and someone else is encrypted. If you're only posting on public forums or channels, sure, then interception doesn't matter because the information is public anyway. However if you are using the DM feature to chat with another person, then you are not in fact "direct" messaging. You are messaging to the Russian government, then it is relayed to your interlocutor, and vice versa.
E2EE is particularly important if you are sharing crypto keys for things like opening Lightning channels, which way too many people are doing with Telegram. It is insecure, please stop. Move off of that wasteland of a platform and on to open source freedom technology.
This is useless. If a group chat is encrypted but inside there are also the "bad guys" they will see what is posted anyways. Anybody in that chat will see it, encrypted or not.
So again, what I said: if you don't want to post something personal don't post it.
I think you do not understand the meaning of the words private and public.
