This post’s got a 'bug' when sorting items by ‘recent’. It doesn’t sort here, only works after you click ‘recent’ and hit refresh (F5). After the items are sorted, new comments don’t show up at the top. cc/ @k00b @ek @sox

I can reproduce here, but not in dev. Let's see what's causing this.

For now one clue is that this only happens in client-side navigation: click on a comment -> from the top SN bar go back -> sorts stop working

Weird, the 'recent' filter is already working.

This confirms my suspects on pagination. When there are a lot of comments, but we didn’t reach the threshold for pagination, comments get duplicated (2-3 times).

No, you’re not tripping…

Seems there are some issues with pagination that are related with the issue @0xbitcoiner reported. I’ll open a github issue in the meantime.
