If you are trying to get that LNURL from a clearnet connection, you will get bounced by a wall.
Options:
- you go also behind Tor, to be in the same network
- issuer give you a LNURL from a clearnet address (much better)
People MUST understand that Tor is a total separate network that cannot be accessed freely from any device in clearnet, you need a point of entrance. But Tor users CAN access clearnet. This is basic networking.
