Listening to this Lex Fridman interview with Zuckerberg... interesting to hear them talk through the challenges of policing a community and free speech, challenges with advertising vs subscription services etc. Definitely problems SN will be facing soon as it outgrows facebook... :P
Zuck really isn't helped by looking like a robot. I wonder how much bitcoin he owns...
Job board is officially done. I'll probably spend an hour or two more to test it and make sure its ready to go but I'll deploy it tomorrow unless I find some serious issue with it.
Shortly after I ship it I'll probably also need to make sure SN's node has enough inbound liquidity to support it.
This week I spent some time supporting some of my coworkers and friends in Ukraine (or with families there), it's quite helpless since there's not that many practical things that can be done, but at least now all people I know are now in somewhat safe situation.
I just noticed that with Firefox when I have launched that app using a Private tab, and I switch to any other app and then come back, that I am back to being unauthenticated. So if I am using Stacker.news and I need to do anything outside the browser (e.g., use calculator), I will have to log back in.
Chrome Incognito doesn't behave this way.
So I guess with Firefox I would need to stop using Private mode for anything requiring authenticating.
I want to stop using Chrome (F Google, ... and I know, but Android is Google, whatever, ... I'll fix that some day too).
Does anyone use a browser app on Android that is not Chrome, and not Firefox? (Fennec doesn't help, ... being a fork of Firefox, same thing happens).
