I'll take a good idea from anywhere and one of my clients positively influenced me after our accountability to call yesterday.
he said he's been feeling great lately because he's been doing his morning routine of writing and his gratitude journal and making visualizations of what he wants to accomplish and then immediately goes on a walk while listening to an audiobook to help with his mindset before he ever starts looking at content on social media.
After our talk I place my journal beside my bed and woke up and immediately started writing my gratitude, affirmations, and made a journal entry. then I made a positive visualization of what I wanted to accomplish for the day and got up and this video was recorded on my way to the gym.
Now I'm in the gym, in between sets and I'm posting this content.
Here's to I'm more productive morning routine.
