I would say one must always exude good vibes and good will. Otherwise things are not gonna work for some reason.

u are 100% correct; sometimes it is difficult to exude good vibes, so if there were any one day for which to save up good energy vibes, it wud be tomorrow;
note, good vibes do not necessarily mean "pleasant feelings," because averting a disaster with agressive (non-violent) action is also a powerful way to exude good vibes;
