If you're just using it in bootstrap mode, your nsec is the account backup (settings are sync'd to your relay of choice), email mode is just a bridge to an nsec. If you didn't happen to bring your own or catch it in a password manager/download it at setup, we'll add an export button in the next push.

If you're connecting your own Lightning.Pub (with a new LND) the seed phrase is accessible from the administrator dashboard (menu item in ShockWallet). Channel backups aren't yet automated beyond LND on-disk, but we'll sync those to Nostr too, hopefully this week.

If you set up Pub over an existing LND it has no insight into the phrase from setup, so resume your normal backup procedures as if it was bare LND.
