HEADS UP: bounties won't show as paid until I get a fix in.

For some reason even though a query I wrote supposedly runs in a couple hundred microseconds (even according to the prod database), in the application it was occasionally taking >3 seconds and was blowing up the DB.

Anyhow, turned off the query and working on a fix now.
