plebpoet is using github to archive SNZ pdfs and share them around. I've also seen wormhole.app for temporary sharing files, no registration needed.

indeed i have been contemplating to host it on Github, so that people cud start making translations; i think it's pretty good and easy-flowing; i suppose the Github users will deny or confirm that statement;
