I don't understand their strategy to take the first pitch right down the middle over and over. I get if he paints the corner but he has thrown about 5 or 6 right down the middle for strike one.

I didn't like the Ohtani walk. He was dominating lefties. Worse case it is 2-0. I get that in the 7th inning but not the top of the 3rd.
