The HRF released a report on quantum computing and the threat to Bitcoin. There's not really anything new in it that wasn't in Chaincode's excellent report from earlier this year (#990705).

Tl;dr is that nothing much has really changed, quantum resistant Bitcoin is gonna take at least a year to migrate over to, and nobody really knows when (or if) quantum computers become a real threat.
