Ah yes, nightmare cancellation stories. Planet Fitness in America is getting sued for making it hard for their customers to cancel. I wonder if eventually there will be some law or standard in terms of making cancellation straightforward.
Almost three hours of stupid questions and delays talking to a chatbot... but thank God I finally got it.
