Alright, I've started having difficulty getting these out daily, which I knew would happen eventually. So, we have a rebrand that I can live up to.

Please share whatever ~HealthAndFitness goals you're trying meet and how well you've been meeting them.

Your irregularity happened to start as I was falling off a cliff. My wife got sick forcing me to do a lot more chores, and I've also been wallowing in self pity

It's normal, at least for me. I have two children, one of whom has Down syndrome and requires a lot of care. He gets sick easily, so the routine at home can change from one day to the next. Normally, I try to maintain it, but sometimes things get a little complicated.

I think the most important thing is not to give up, like cold showers... I've been doing it for over a month now, hahahahaha

I guess it wildly fluctuates between 16 and 22 hours. That's still pretty good.

12-hour eating window shud be the maximum; 6am-6pm or 8am-8pm;
if u cannot handle that standard, the parasites own u;

one of my standards is to walk once a day, even when lightly raining; i only smoke outdoors in nature, so if i want a smoke, gotta gear up for a walk;

my friend who was technically obese by % body fat has lost 10% in a record amount of time; it started with my telling him "imagine what kind of man u wud be if you met every sunrise for a year;"
