They charge you an annual fee to have it, it's a platinum card,
I'm getting rid of them, I'm giving them to my son to play with, I'm just leaving the one in the bank where my salary comes in.
they "charge" if you pay...
or, send them back a promissory note. Every time you get a mailletter from them send them back another promissory note.
Or just ask them to prove from where they had those money in the first place. if they cannot prove it, it means they gave you fake money that they do not have it.
