As many may know, Ocean has integrated DATUM with it's pool. This means individual miners construct the block template to be used if one of their machines hashing to Ocean pool finds a block. Since DATUM was released, we haven't basically had any fee pressure to really see differences evolve between the bigger miners using DATUM with Ocean pool, which will be interesting when fee pressure comes back.
But, with the recent change that several pools made to mine transactions lower than 1 sat/vbyte, I've been watching to see if any Ocean/DATUM miners will adopt. Just now, I saw the first block mined by a DATUM/Ocean miner that was sub 1 sat/vbyte:
