Ukraine has a number of on-chain addresses you can donate to, but I haven't seen any Lightning-based options.
I suggest create an official Ukraine handle on SN that stackers can forward sats to. Then, as the custodian of that handle, you flip it to onchain and send it to Ukraine.
Perhaps highlight the handle identified not as ordinary user.
Some caveats
- It might make the site political (is it already?)
- Scammers might appear on the platform pretending to be Ukraine account
- I'm sure there is more
