anyways, if is just "news" you should avoid posting in "bitcoin_beginners" and instead in "news". Let's keep beginners territory only for things that matter for their learning. A VISA card from Conbase is not a material for learning but contrary, we are trying to keep them away from fiat not pushing into it.
