Does increasing Bitcoin hash rate affects block reward halving schedule and the final block to mined in 2140?
No, not really. Bitcoin does this thing called a difficulty adjustment every 2016 blocks to make sure blocks take ~10 minutes to mine regardless of the hash rate.
One of my favorite things about bitcoin right there.
