Yes it is and you cannot escape it.

If you try you will become a slave, or dead, like all the 'sovereign individuals' that didn't join a group.

Humans are weak as individuals.

In groups we gain strength, wealth and security...you are free to leave anytime you want, so you are demonstrably not a slave, but you don't leave, because you are a coward and a hypocrit.
