So last night as I was FaceTiming one of my friends from back home, we were flipping between the baseball game and the Texans Monday Night Football game, as soon as Houston's favorite center fielder Springer hit that homerun I immediately went to go buy another 5k Blue Jays shares. However, when I did so and after I sent my sats the site was just.... well stuck.
By the time I was able to grab my computer open it up log in and everything (I might have had a few glasses of wine at this point) I went to go buy 5k again since even though my transaction did go through the shares never appeared in my account. As you can see below I bought shares 4 minutes apart both at $0.07 however the first purchase it turns out turned into 5,821 shares!
I never buy at such odd amounts I mean I love nice whole numbers so this made no sense to me. When I looked though I guess right before I sent the sats @grayruby you sold 25k shares so the price dipped resulting in my purchase being so weird!
THANK YOU!!!
So now I have 15,821 shares of Blue Jays and 4,000 shares of the Dodgers! Trying to hedge my bets a little bit so if your Jays want to take a came or two from the Dodgers to start it out and tank their price so I can pick up a couple K more I wont argue!
I had the opposite experience a couple of times last night. Where someone else beat me to the purchase by a few seconds, so I got far fewer shares than expected.

It was me, say my name ;)

I didn't even know who it was because I was flipping back and forth with the other MLB markets and refreshing the page when it got frozen.
Well played, sir

I wasn't watching the game, in fact sleeping, just woke, up opened betplay and it was 1 to 4 for BJs. I already had 200k shares, piled on another 100k at 3%.

I accidentally sold those shares. I was trying to buy. I had sold a bunch of Mariners shares and when I went into Blue Jays it defaulted to sell and I didn't notice and just typed in 25k and then realized I had sold instead of bought.
Can you fix that at some point @Team_Predyx? If I sell one outcome when I go into the other outcome it shouldn't default to sell.
Edit: This is just an issue I have on PWA on mobile

Sorry for the inconvenience. I can see we already have it lined up on the list of upcoming fixes. I'll try to get it done asap.

Okay now this whole thing makes a ton more sense because you were a Jays fan! I was bamboozled by the sell but went maybe something else happened that I missed. When I saw you rebuying I went oof I think he accidentally sold

Yeah I do that a lot because on mobile on the PWA it defaults to sell after you sell one outcome. Usually it isn't an issue because I just rebuy right away but when everyone is trying to buy at once it hurts. I 650k Dodgers shares which I have been DCAing into all season every time I get a payout from a market that ends and I have 250k Blue Jays shares so I am doing ok.
