The site is now in a new environment with a decoupled db - the coupling caused our outage on monday. We also have a load balancer now with http2 support.
I'm going to get back to work on the job board. The remaining thing we need for this is sat streaming.

Yep, I couldn't even get my rewrite functions to work with the + ... now it's either ~ or $.
