In the long term yes. People don't zap as heavily as they did when Bitcoin was 1/4 of the current price.

That's interesting. I have definitely noticed posts in general get less zaps than they used to but maybe it is just less people zapping.

That reminds me, I haven't even checked just the raw correlations on this. I got so caught up in the econometric modeling (a common pitfall of academics). I should check, and that'll probably the first thing I do next.
