Funny formulation, I wouldn't even know what is being asked.
If you asked me "Are you concerned that governments will regulate it?", that would make much more sense.

It does say something important about people that the first thought about many things is how the state will respond. Not how we individually should respond. We really just cede our agency all over the place. Yeah, the state is a violent monopoly but the people just lay down on most things.
The irony is that no one can make us use these things.

This is why we can't have so many amazing things. Lack of demand from the people. Also lack of effort to persuade others. Instead politicians have convinced us they can use violence to force others to do what we want. Even though we know this has serious negative consequences.
