I think Steichen (former Chargers OC) has done a great job in developing quarterbacks. He has coached a different quarterback every season, 3 in 3 seasons.

His assistant coaches on offense are to blame for the procedural penalties.

Are the plays getting to the QB late? I have not watched any colts games this year to knwo
