i'm 37, getting back into running after a few year hiatus. Got a 10k coming up in 13 days !
Noice good luck! I’m 46. Might do a 10k on Thanksgiving. Have you tried creatine, beet juice, compression boots, or Nuun? Those are my secret weapons. That and eating tons of eggs, meat, Greek yogurt! No Fiat garbage food!
