Age is only a number. I’m Mid 40’s and just crushed a 5k faster than highschool! Won by well over a minute and my boys sprinted in with me. Haven’t broke 17 in years. 16:53!!!

The race went to plan besides me getting out too fast and needing to hold on that last mile!

Post race we had Culver’s and went for a nature hike. feeling blessed!
