i played it for a bit and liked the art style, but didn't stick with it, despite being a big fan of metroidvania games in general
Yes I like the graphics and stuff but idk about the gameplay
I also haven't played it, but it's regarded as one of the best metroidvanias out there. I recently played through and fell in love with the 2D Metroid games, so I think I'm primed for Hollow Knight. I just need to get my Switch OLED modded up, finally (I will be paying for the game to support the dev). My Switch is in many pieces. Side note: I found that soldering in a mod-board, specifically grinding down a microscopic point of the PCB to get to a solder-point, harder than I was anticipating, so it's been on my desk for a few months. I should get back on that. 😬

I didn't play it, but I heard from people that the new one is really good. You have to be into this type of game though.
