I never noticed my relatives from your neck of the woods pronouncing these differently.
I pronounce those three words differently. I'm shocked that everyone doesn't. I'm from New York, so my way must be correct.
Mary rhymes with hairy.Marry rhymes with carry.Merry rhymes with berry.
However they pronounce it elsewhere is wrong. Dammit.
Those three words all rhyme with each other!
