CLINK Offers make the bridge trustless, since instead of serving invoice it can just serve an offer with NIP-05 which is therefore key-verified.
By using nostr as transport it makes it easier to separate the Lightning node and the bridge, since the bridge connects to the node over nostr the node itself doesn't need to have special firewall/ssl/static ip configuration... the bridge can be out on a cloud vps for example while the lightning node is in your home and not on someone elses hardware.
We actually have a demo bridge for it available but it's barebones for people that want to host their own domain for lightning addresses, it could be greatly enhanced to provide the service for others:
