Lightning++ Berlin conference was a blast! So many interesting talks and innovative projects.

The Splice Script was presented as a tool to describe splices of any complexity in a simple way. It aims to facilitate the development of complex splicing tasks, from simple operations like moving funds between channels to more complex ones involving multiple channels. It is not yet officially released but is available in an experimental version in the C-lightning codebase.

NLightning, was probably the most discussed. A new Lightning Network implementation written in .Net that aims to be the go-to version for companies, banks, and corporations to run their own infrastructure. NLightning adheres to the BOLT specifications to ensure compatibility with other implementations.

The Hackday had 14 projects competing, with the first place going to Nuts Are Pure Signal, a Signal fork with a Cashu integration. Other notable projects included Obfusats, a tool for obfuscating Lightning traffic analysis, and Glacier Wallet, a wallet for creating time-locked transactions.
