Thank god he is getting the felony charge. Guy deserves every single second of state prison. Luckily the DA is adding a sentencing enhancement to increase the max prison time from the stupid low amount of 4 years.
According to the L.A. Times, the District Attorney's office is also expected to seek a "sentencing enhancement" that could increase the amount of prison time.
