There are many bitcoiners in China. Usually they let foreigners do their thing. If they break a serious law or criticize the CCP it could be risky but I highly doubt they would have it confiscated.
I also doubt many bitcoiners are running a node over there. The firewall is pretty intense.
The last sentence (never thought about it as such) gets me worried. It is possible for an ISP to block Bitcoin nodes?

I was running one around 2018-2020. I just thought that it might be risky since its a grey area so I shut it down.
