[#3382](https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/3382) was closed without fix. Probably they use Claude.

  sqlite database from a daemon and a cli tool concurrently. Instead,
  integrate the service functionality in the daemon and call the 
  daemon through the cli tool.

  address the concurrent database access issue.
