No idea. I keep assuming it relates to the Bitcoin ATH. I left a comment asking what it meant but the creator did not reply.

it seems to me that it probably some literal translation from a foreign language.
Quite possible it means Bitcoin all time high in next 2 days. 21 Leaders = Bitcoin ATH = all time high
