Bitcoin tech. That's what they mean. Its dumb. Or I'm just getting old. Honestly, so many memes are dumb and I think make most people more dumb. People don't read or really have depth of knowledge on most subjects these days. That majority that is. Its never been easier to educate one's self and yet most are too lazy.
Memes are very powerful though. I wonder if they need to be dumb to be powerful?
