Doing your civil responsibility and keeping people in check is one thing but as we have seen these apps have been used for extremely problematic reasons. It also opens up a pandoras box of tracking apps. Whose to say politician tracking, celebrity tracking, and then everyday citizen tracking apps wouldnt start popping up.

You could even disguise an app as an ICE one but its function be entirely different in tracking people. Stalkers, murders, etc. would have a field day with this. This could easily and rapidly fall into a huge safety issue from everyone.
