One of my simple bitcoin pleasures is seeing thoughtful bitcoin commentary in non-bitcoin places. Cook has been writing about bitcoin since about 2018 intermixed with lots of non-bitcoin things.

Bitcoiners, or who we might think of as bitcoiners, are many wonderful things but folks like Cook are world class, super experienced explainers and he gives a more concise, more informative explanation of silent payments than any other I've encountered.
